We’ve all heard the scientific evidence about living longer. Diet and exercise, of course, but little research has been done about the social side of longevity.

There are very good reasons why people choose a senior community. Sure, cost and quality of the place are important, but for many, the chance to live with others is essential to their well being. These people tell us what has helped them to live long, full lives.
